Before we begin any hypnotherapy or complementary therapy, we carry out a free induction interview to make sure that any therapies we propose will be just right for you. We want to make you feel completely calm and at ease before, during and after your session. The induction need only be carried out once, but we always leave time at the end of your session to deal with any concerns that may arise.
